Job summary

Mortenson Dental Partners in Omaha, NE is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a friendly, patient-focused team. You will prepare the treatment room, sterilize and deliver instruments, and assist the dentist during procedures while documenting clinical notes.

The position is full-time (38 hours/week) with benefits after 60 days and competitive compensation based on experience. CPR/X-ray certification and a HS diploma are required, along with strong dental knowledge and excellent communication

• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room for patients
• Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for the dentist's access, suctioning, and passing instruments.
• Completes Clinical notes before dismissing patients
