Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well‑known dental practice in Ocala, FL to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full‑time position paying $18‑31/hour with working hours as follows:

Mon, Tue, Thu: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Wed & Fri: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm

Duties

• Update and maintain client’s dental records
• Chart in OpenDental
• Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
• Take and process X‑rays of patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Radiology certificate
• Previous dental assisting experience, preferred
• Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality
• CDA or Expanded functions HIGHLY PREFERRED
