Overview

Colorado Endodontic Group, located in Denveris looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to help support the operations of its Endodontic Specialty Group. This is a traveling position, working 5 days per week with multiple locations in the Denver metro area. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Dental Assistant who is looking to gain knowledge in the Endodontic specialty and find a position that offers both personal and professional growth. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a dental assistant, with previous endodontic experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and welcoming patients to the practice
• Taking 3D Imaging and additional radiographs on patients
• Reviewing health history
• Escorting patients to operatory before and after treatment
• Updating clinical notes in Denticon
• Assisting Endodontist chairside
• Treatment planning and patient care coordination
• Checking patients in and out reviewing post op instructions
• Drive relationships through consistent and constant communication with referring general dentists
• Completing sterilization, breaking down and setting up the rooms for each patient
• Ordering Endodontic supplies

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant
• X-Ray Certification Required
• CPR Certification Required
• Certified Dental Assistant Preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations in the Denver and Northern Colorado area
• Denticon software experience is a PLUS
• A confident and positive individual who can drive cohesiveness in multiple offices with many team members
• Understanding and compassionate patient-focused demeanor
• Sense of urgency to schedule and follow up with referrals promptly
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently in a fast-paced office environment
