Espire Dental is seeking a dedicated dental professional to join our team in Norman, OK. The role involves preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, assisting with procedures, and supporting dentists in emergencies while delivering top-tier patient care.

Ideal applicants bring experience with dental equipment, Cerec, intraoral scanning, and digital records. Travel for training may be required; we value teamwork and compassionate service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for dental work.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up trays, preparing materials, and assisting with procedures.
• Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
• Assisting dental hygienists with procedures when necessary.
• Providing great patient care.
• Recording treatment information in patient records.
• Exposing dental X-rays and caring for X-ray equipment.
• Providing information on dental hygiene and plaque control programs.
• Collecting and recording medical and dental histories and vital signs.
• Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Caring for dental equipment.
• Forming preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations.
• Ordering dental supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Fabricating temporary restorations and impressions from preliminary impressions.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly

• Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
• Assisting dental hygienists with procedures when necessary.
• Providing great patient care.
• Recording treatment information in patient records.
• Exposing dental x-rays from dental diagnostics and caring for dental x-ray equipment.
• Giving patients information on dental hygiene, oral health care, and plaque control programs.
• Collecting and recording medical and dental histories and patient vital signs.
• Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Caring for dental equipment.
• Forming preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations for mounting study casts.
• Ordering dental supplies and maintaining dental equipment inventory.
• Fabricating temporary restorations and custom impressions from preliminary impressions.
