Position Overview:
As a Dental Assistant, you play a vital role in assisting the dental staff with treatments and supporting our mission to provide excellent dental care to the community. Candidates must have prior dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist during procedures.
• Welcome and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain models.
• Ensure infection control, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including scheduling and intake.
• Assist in managing dental and medical emergencies, maintaining CPR certification and emergency supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of on-the-job experience with supporting documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
