Job description

We are actively seeking a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with a current California X‑ray license to join a professional and fast‑paced dental office. The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, and thrives in a supportive environment where patient care is the top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Take and develop digital X‑rays (must be licensed in California)
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and operatories
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain excellent patient communication
• Support the front and back office as needed
• Maintain proper inventory of supplies and cleanliness standards
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Employment Details

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
• Dental Assistant Certification or at least 1year minimum dental experience
• X‑ray License for California
• Dental assistant qualifications and skills: dental health maintenance, use of dental technology, infection control, patient services, creating a safe, effective environment, listening, teamwork, bedside manner
