Dental Assistant (Full-Time) - Float Position
Menasha, WI & Green Bay, WI

Menasha Family Dentistry and Dental Designs are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and flexible Dental Assistant to float position between our practices inMenasha and Green Bay, WI.

What You'll Do:

• Prepares, sterilizes, disinfects, and maintains dental equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Collects and records patient health histories and x-rays
• Ensures patient comfort during dental procedures
• Completes charting of treatment information in the patients' dentalnotes from the doctor as directed
• Assist doctor in management of medical and dental emergencies
• Delivers postoperative and general oral care instructions to patient
• Maintains infection control procedures, patient privacy, and professional interactions with patients and staff
• Assist administrative team with customer service functions

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting Program or dental assistant experience preferred but not required
• Ability to float between clinical and front office roles as needed
• Previous customer service or office experience
• Proficiency or the ability to become proficient within 90 days in dental terminology and dental software for charting, treatment planning, clinical notes, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Foster a positive attitude and be a team player
