Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Dental Assistant who will support dentists and specialists, prepare rooms and instruments, and help educate patients on oral care. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dentistry in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, taking X-rays where permitted, maintaining infection control, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for duties in the employed state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, dependable and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but qualified new assistants may be considered.

Overview

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping the clinical team provide high-quality dentistry.

You’ll work alongside dentists, specialists and other dental professionals to help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. From preparing patients and treatment rooms to assisting during procedures and educating patients, your work makes a difference every day.

• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to deliver exceptional care.
