Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists and the clinical team, preparing treatment rooms and assisting during procedures.

You’ll educate patients on oral care, maintain infection control, take X-rays where permitted, and help create a welcoming, efficient patient experience in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment.

This role offers training and development opportunities within a large network of practices.

Qualifications

• Meet state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience preferred but qualified new assistants may be considered depending on state requirements.

Overview

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping the clinical team provide high-quality dentistry.

You’ll work alongside dentists, specialists and other dental professionals to help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. From preparing patients and treatment rooms to assisting during procedures and educating patients, your work makes a difference every day.

Schedule (days/hours)

M:6:40AM-4:20PM, T:9:40AM-7:20PM, W:7:40AM-5:20PM, TH:9:40AM-7:20PM, S: 6:40AM-12:20PM (2 Saturdays per month)

• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before your start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, dependable and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but qualified new dental assistants may be considered depending on the practice and state requirements.
