Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description

Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our OH team in Marysville, OH.

$1000 Sign-On-Bonus Available

This is a full-time position (5 days, 40 hours per week). You can choose between two shifts: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm or 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The role is located at the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville, OH and offers a rewarding, low‑stress alternative to private practice dentistry.

Compensation is $19 per hour plus full benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k); generous paid time off; paid holidays; flex spending; and a health savings account.

Job Duties

Chairside tasks include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care with very limited endodontics. No orthodontics or crown & bridge work is required.

Administrative duties are also expected, and you will receive training in these areas.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience and a certificate from an accredited dental assisting program are preferred. Current CPR for Healthcare Providers and an Ohio Radiographer License are required.
