East Cobb Family Dentistry in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This 24-hour week, Thursday through Saturday schedule offers full-time benefits and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience required.
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
• Experience with iTero scanners preferred.

• Ability to fabricate temporary crowns.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
• Anticipate the doctor’s needs and pass instruments efficiently.
• Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards.
• Take dental radiographs and assist with digital workflows.
• Educate patients and help create an outstanding patient experience.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to keep appointments running smoothly.

Looking for a 3-day work week with full-time benefits?

East Cobb Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, energetic Dental Assistant to join our growing team! This position offers a Thursday through Saturday schedule (24 hours/week) while still being considered full-time, giving you an excellent work-life balance with comprehensive benefits. Pay range is $20-27 hourly, based on experience.

Schedule

• Thursday – Saturday
• 24 hours per week
• Full-time status with benefits
• Additional days may be available in the future for those interested.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Education and training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
