Job summary

Family Dental Group in Decatur, GA is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support our clinical team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of chairside experience, is patient-focused, can take X-rays, sterilize instruments, and assist multiple doctors. Schedule: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm; compensation $18-$22/hour depending on experience.

Family Dental Group is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant for our practice in Decatur, GA!

Located at 4324 Covington HWY Decatur, GA 30035. Just east of the intersection of Covington Hwy and South Hairston Road, near I-285 and the Redan/Belvedere Park area.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, hardworking, motivated and team player with at least 2 years of chairside assisting experience. Must be patient focused with ability to assist multiple DRs when need arises.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare patients and rooms for procedures
• Sterilize and set up instruments and equipment
• Take X-rays
• Assist dentists with procedures
• Ensure appropriate supply of equipment and materials
• Perform patient charting as instructed by the Dentist
