Passion Dental in Lynn, MA is seeking an energetic Dental Assistant to join our team. You will support clinicians in delivering the Relationship Practice Experience (RPE) and help create a positive, patient-centered environment.

You will prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, take dental radiographs where allowed, maintain records, and collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Energetic, patient-focused Dental Assistant to support clinicians and contribute to RPE.
• Must be able to assist clinicians during dental treatment procedures and take radiographs where permitted by state regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation; ensure rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.

Responsibilities

Dental Assistant Lynn Passion Dental Passion Dental is seeking an energetic, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team at CFDB LYNN. The primary role of the Dental Assistant is to support clinicians in delivering the Relationship Practice Experience (RPE), thereby fostering Patients for Life (PFL). Dental Assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties to ensure efficient, high-quality dental treatment while creating a positive experience for every patient. Dental Assistants must collaborate effectively with co-workers, specialty dental assistants, patients, and front office staff by communicating constructively and positively. Successful Dental Assistants actively listen, consider feedback objectively, maintain commitments, keep others informed of work progress, and address problems constructively to identify practical solutions. If assigned to specialty areas, including Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics, or Pediatric Dentistry, Dental Assistants will primarily support clinicians within that specialty and may require additional training.
