Job summary

West Coast Dental Services in California is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing DSO team. The role supports providers, prepares treatment rooms, and assists during procedures. Take digital X-rays, document care, and ensure CA regulatory compliance.

Requirements: active CA Dental Assistant certification, CA X-ray certification, CPR/BLS, and 1 year of experience. Denticon experience is a plus, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active California Dental Assistant certification required.
• X-ray certification in California required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental software preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing Dental Service Organization (DSO) team in California. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment. This role supports our providers in delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining efficiency and compliance with California regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
• Assist dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take digital X-rays in compliance with CA radiology standards
• Chart procedures and document clinical notes accurately
• Provide patient education on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
• Maintain inventory and assist with ordering dental supplies
