Job summary

West Coast Dental Services in California is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing DSO. The role supports providers, delivers patient care, and maintains efficiency in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities include room preparation, assisting dentist, digital X-rays, charting, patient education, inventory, OSHA/HIPAA compliance, and frontline support to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active California Dental Assistant certification is required by state law.
• X-ray certification (California compliant) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Experience with dental software such as Denticon preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing Dental Service Organization (DSO) team in California. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment. This role supports our providers in delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining efficiency and compliance with California regulations.
