Job description

Bright Direction Dental is looking for an experienced Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our team at Lake Geneva Dental. If you are driven with a positive attitude and strong clinical skills, we want to hear from you! Hours are Tue/Wed 1-7:30pm, occasional Fri 7am-1:30pm.

What You’ll Do:

Assist dentists chairside with procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, and more

Take digital x-rays and impressions

Maintain a clean and organized operatory and sterilization area

Prepare and break down treatment rooms

Help with patient education and post-op instructions

Perform light administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Willingness to travel between Lake Geneva and Beloit offices

Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented mindset

Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling

Compensation:

• $18-$24 per hour (Based on Experience)
