  • Set up dental trays with the necessary instruments and materials for each procedure, ensuring readiness and organization.
  • Greet and prepare patients for treatment, explaining procedures to them, and answering any questions they may have, fostering a welcoming and reassuring environment.
  • Take patient histories and update medical records accurately, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date patient information.
  • Prepare and maintain dental equipment and treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
  • May take dental X-rays, ensuring high-quality imaging.
  • Provide post-operative instructions to patients after dental procedures, ensuring they understand and comply with care recommendations.
  • Order and maintain dental supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper stock levels.
  • May schedule appointments and maintain patient records, optimizing patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Provide administrative support, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and managing patient inquiries, contributing to the overall efficiency of the practice.
