Job summary

West 10th Dental Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly and supportive environment, where both patients and team members are treated with respect.

In this full-time role, you will prepare treatment rooms, sterilize and hand instruments, assist the dentist, and complete clinical notes. Compensation includes benefits and a culture focused on growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• CPR/X-ray certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room for patients.
• Sterilize and deliver instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for the dentist's access, suctioning, and passing instruments.
• Complete clinical notes before dismissing patients.

Your Role:

• Prepare the treatment room for patients
• Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for the dentist's access, suctioning, and passing instruments.
• Completes Clinical notes before dismissing patients
