Job summary

Lincoln Smiles Family Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to work chairside with our doctors across restorative, orthodontic, pediatric, endodontic, periodontic, prosthodontic and oral surgery procedures.

You will provide four-handed dentistry support, prepare patients for treatment, obtain radiographs and scans, maintain precise charting, and uphold the highest infection-control standards while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced clinic.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with delegation when appropriate.
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Proficiency: Obtain high quality dental radiographs and oral scans while maintaining meticulous treatment records and charting.
• Safety & Logistics: Lead infection control efforts by sterilizing instruments and equipment and ensuring operatories are prepared to the highest standards.
• Operational Support: Manage and monitor daily supplies to ensure the clinic is always fully stocked and ready for patient care.
