Job summary

Castle Dental in Houston, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. You will assist the doctor chairside, prepare and sterilize rooms, take X-rays, and help maintain patient records with a focus on a smooth patient flow and positive experience.

Qualifications

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon- Friday 8-5pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$20-$22/hour
