Lakelands Dental Arts in Greenwood, SC is seeking a dependable, patient-oriented dental assistant to join our close-knit, family-style team. This full-time position supports an experienced doctor and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications include certification with at least 1 year of experience, X-ray and CPR certifications, and familiarity with Eaglesoft. We value a hardworking team player who communicates well with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Certified dental assistant with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• X-ray certified.
• CPR certified.
• Nitrous oxide dispensing certification preferred.
• Eaglesoft experience preferred.
• Excellent patient communication, verbal and written.
• Professional with doctor and patient.
• Fully competent in all dental assisting tasks and OSHA compliance.
• Hardworking team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor with dental procedures.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant clinical environment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Ensure excellent patient communication.
• Support nitrous administration as needed.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• -certified dental assistant; 1 year minimum experience highly preferred


• -x-ray certified


• -CPR certified


• -certified to dispense nitrous-preferred


• -Eaglesoft experience preferred


• -excellent patient communication (verbal and written)


• -professional delivery with doctor and patient


• -fully competentin completing any and all tasks related to dental assisting with all procedures/OSHA compliance
