Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant; new graduates encouraged.
  • Cerec experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred.

  • Welcome patients and assist the doctor in providing care.
  • Monitor lab materials and maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms.
  • Follow OSHA/HIPAA guidelines and ensure patient safety.

General Overview

Dr. Kurt Kwiatkowski, DDS is growing, and we would love you to join our team! We are a fast paced office that strives to provide our patients with the very best customer service, and patient care. As a team we work to build strong relationships and facilitate a fun and cohesive work environment.

  • A compensation package,starting at $22.50 per/hour based on experience / with potential for an increased amount based on skills and experience.

Schedule: We are looking for a full-time employee working 32-36 hours a week. You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

The office is open from Monday - Thursday from 8-5 PM and Fridays from 7-2 PM.


Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

  • Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
  • Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
  • Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
  • Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
  • Develop a relationship with the patient.
  • Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
  • Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
  • Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
  • 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant; enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Cerec experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrixis preferred.
