The Profile: What We Are Looking For

We are protective of our team culture and patient care standards. To excel in this full-time role, you must bring:

• Licensure & Certification: Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required. Active certifications in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and Dental Radiology are highly preferred.
• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of continuous clinical experience as an RDA preferred. We need a professional who understands procedure setup, four-handed dentistry, and efficient operatory turnover.
• Ownership Mentality: You take 100% accountability for the readiness of your rooms, the care of your equipment, and the comfort and follow-through of every patient in your chair.
