Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists with chairside care, radiographs, and patient education in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice in Franklin, VT.

You will ensure clean rooms, sterilization, and infection control while maintaining a positive patient experience and effective collaboration with the dental team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• C.D.A. preferred or equivalent licensure as required by state.
• Possess required certifications, licensure or registration as required by state.
• Strong verbal skills and ability to work with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
• Expose radiographs and intra-oral pictures.
• Provide post operative instructions and patient education.
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain infection control per CDC/OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain dental supply inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Support team and adapt to changing provider needs.

Hourly Rate

$26—$32 USD
