AIDS Healthcare Foundation seeks a Dental Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered oral care and a positive patient experience. Under the Dental Director, you will assist clinically and operationally to keep care safe, timely, and compliant.
As part of a collaborative team, you will coordinate patient flow, prepare operatories, provide chairside assistance, and uphold infection control, charting, and equipment readiness while educating and comforting patients.

The RDA will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide excellent patient care. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient flow and scheduling to support access and continuity of care; preparing patients and operatories for treatment; providing chairside assistance utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques; performing radiographic and adjunctive duties in accordance with licensure; maintaining strict infection control and sterilization standards; ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation; supporting inventory and equipment readiness; and assisting with verification of patient eligibility through established systems.
