About Us:

Midwest Dental, a trusted provider of comprehensive dental care, is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our Evansville, WI team.

Position Overview

The Dental Assistant will play a vital role in assisting our dental team with various clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.

Schedule (days/hours)

Tues 8:00am-5:00pm, Weds 7:00am-4:00pm, Thurs 7:00am-4:30pm, Fri 7:00am-2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including exams, fillings, cleanings, and extractions
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Take accurate dental x-rays and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide post-treatment care instructions
• Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
• Support the efficient flow of patients and manage appointment transitions smoothly
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols in all clinical areas
• Deliver excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort throughout their visit
• Float to the front desk as needed

Qualifications

• X-ray certification welcome
• CPR certification preferred

Compensation

$18-21 per hour
