Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and confidence.
  • Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques.
  • Select and prepare instruments, equipment, and materials.
  • Sterilize instruments per strict infection control protocols.
  • Support lab procedures and manage patient records with accuracy.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment rooms.

What We're Looking For:

  • ADA-certified Dental Assistant with 23+ years of experience, preferred
  • Dental implant experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oryx software, a plus.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity and a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
  • High school diploma required; dental assistant program graduate preferred.
  • EFDA certification is a plus.
