Job summary

Pure Smiles CT, an office within Dental Associates of Connecticut, seeks a part-time Dental Assistant to join our family-oriented team in Branford, CT. The role focuses on patient comfort, four-handed assist, and accurate chairside support.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn. Relevant software experience with Dentrix Ascend and X‑Ray certification are a plus. Hours shown Tuesday–Thursday 8:30am–5pm.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat patients.
Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor.
Set up trays as indicated by the day’s charts.
Review schedules and anticipate the doctor’s needs in advance.
Assist chairside using four-handed dentistry.
Enter treatment plans.
Take x-rays as needed.
Clean and disinfect operatory after each patient.
Take alginates/pour and trim models.
Package and sterilize instruments.
Keep operatory fully stocked.

Currently, we're in search of a highly motivated Part‑time Dental Assistant. Candidate should have a strong work‑ethic, be a team player and possess the ability to multitask

Specific Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
