It’s that time where we’re expanding and growing our team. We’re looking for a dental assistant for our office, in the heart of Boca Raton, with many good restaurants nearby and the Town Center Mall.

Our practice is an advanced cosmetic and family dental clinic dedicated to enhancing patients' lives through both function and aesthetics. We handle a range of procedures from basic fillings and crowns to cosmetic and full-mouth rehabilitation cases. We also offer services such as Invisalign, Botox, and other dental treatments.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused dental assistant to join our team. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience. Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Expected hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

• Proficient at taking X-rays
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Organize and maintain lab equipment
• Sterilization of instruments and equipment
• Must have experience as a Dental Assistant
• Computer proficiency; familiarity with Dentrix preferred
• Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
• Superior knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Ability to provide comprehensive post-operative care
• Expanded Duties License (preferred)

Duties:

• Assisting chair-side
• Taking records, impressions, or X-rays
• Updating electronic patient records using computers
• Assisting with lab and front office tasks as needed

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience required

Licenses/Certifications:

• Registered Dental Assistant (preferred)
• X-Ray Certification (preferred)

Work Location: Boca Raton, FL

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with a lunch break from 12-1 pm
