Collier Hills Dental in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant to join a collaborative clinical team. The role supports clinicians chairside, prepares patients, and maintains sterile, organized operatories.

The position offers a stable schedule and opportunities for growth within a patient-centric practice. Ideal candidates bring EFDA experience, 4-handed assisting in general dentistry, and familiarity with Dentrix or Denticon; OSHA/HIPAA knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 Handed Dental Assisting Experience in a General Dental Practice Required.
• Experienced EFDA Required.
• Experience fabricating temporary crowns and bridges.
• Experience assisting with Endo, Oral Surgery, Basic and Major Restorative Cases, Implants a plus!
• Dentrix or Denticon experience a plus!
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations, OSHA and HIPAA
• Experience with digital software
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentists chairside.
• Welcomes patients and helps them feel comfortable.
• Prepares patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring comfort.
• Selects and sets up instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed.
• Performs instrument sterilization according to regulations.
• Maintains accurate patient records.
• Lab tasks as instructed.
• Provide post-operative care instructions.
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories.

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 6:45am-4:00pm
• Thursday: 6:45am-2:00pm
• Friday (Once Per Month): 6:45am-1pm
