The Smilist Dental in Arlington, VA is seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. You will support clinicians by preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, and creating a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of dental instruments and Dentrix, strong communication and teamwork, and a detail-oriented, positive attitude. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant - at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures
• Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while attending their individual concerns and promoting the good qualities of their doctor

Position Details

• Schedule: Full Time - 1 Saturday per month
• Salary Range: $22.00 to $25.00/hour
• Location: Arlington, VA
