Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking an Area Manager to oversee seven DOCS Dental practices across the assigned territory. You will drive performance, manage full P&L, mentor leaders, and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include auditing revenue and expenses, partnering with Office Managers, coaching teams, and leading cost-control initiatives; travel up to 75% within the territory is required. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-site dental management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel within assigned territory, up to 75%.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams in multi-unit environments.

• Develop, train, and lead teams using established operating principles, policies, and best practices.
• Identify root causes of under-performance through data analysis and reporting; design and execute corrective action plans
• Collaborate with Office Managers and the Director of Operations to resolve cost variances and operational gaps.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve regional objectives.
• Ensure practices maintain clean, organized, and professional environments.
• Oversee and/or conduct month-end physical inventory of supplies and materials.
• Conduct or ensure completion of safety audits across assigned locations.
• Lead or support special projects and additional initiatives, as assigned.

Salary Description

$65K-$75K /year with up to $25K/yr bonus potential
