Job summary

Elite Sedation seeks board-certified anesthesiologists to join our growing dental anesthesia team across Southern California. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the support of an administrative team for scheduling, billing, and compliance, allowing you to focus on patient care.

You will provide IV sedation and general anesthesia in dental office settings, perform pre-operative assessments, collaborate with dental teams, and mentor new providers as we expand.

Qualifications

• Board certification in anesthesiology.
• Valid medical license in California.
• DEA license and controlled substance registrations.
• ACLS certification (current).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV sedation and general anesthesia in dental office settings across Southern California
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and post-operative monitoring for all patients
• Collaborate closely with dental teams to ensure seamless, safe patient care
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and state regulations
• Mentor and train new providers as our team expands
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
• Build lasting relationships with partner practices and their teams
