Job summary

Clean Team Company in Athens, TN, is hiring Commercial Cleaners for both full-time and part-time shifts. As a member of the cleaning team, you will help create safe, healthy, and welcoming spaces for businesses, employees, and customers throughout East Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper products, and other facility essentials.
• Address spills and unexpected cleaning needs quickly and professionally.
• Follow all safety, security, and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a professional relationship with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Take pride in delivering clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.
