Job summary

Reformation in Los Angeles is seeking a Denim Design Assistant to support our in-house design team across concept, research, and development for our denim category. You’ll collaborate with designers, Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design to move work forward with precision and care.

We’re looking for 2–3 years in apparel design with denim experience; proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with PLM systems; and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in apparel design.
Denim design experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.

Responsibilities

Assist designers with denim concept development and trend research.
Build mood boards, color stories, and presentation decks.
Prepare sketches, tech packs, and CADs for vendors.
Track sample status and communicate updates to partners.
Coordinate with Production and Technical Design on milestones.
Conduct market research and summarize findings.
