The Opportunity

Discover your Designer dream job at QVC! If you are a committed team player excited about leading the design of contemporary mid-scale brands, this is your role. You’ll deliver the brand's vision, manage an Associate Designer, evaluate, and influence process changes. Designers come into the office on average 3 days per week and work a hybrid schedule. Because our business is very agile, we are looking for someone local to the PA, NJ, or DE area or someone who is open to relocating to the surrounding areas as our headquarters are located in West Chester, PA. Your schedule in the office will vary based on celebrity onsite engagement and product meetings, but you can anticipate being in the office 3 days per week. QVC is a place where you can plant roots! Your Impact

  • Lead the execution of product from initial concept through to final product approval for your brands. You will deliver newness through the creation and delivery of the design vision and strategies.
  • You will drive the business by building profitable market right consumer products that are in line with the brand and achieving business goals.
  • You will present brand concepts to buyers/personalities through presentations.
  • You will oversee the development of an Associate’s brand.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to meet the target customer needs and follow the pricing structure for the brands.
  • You will travel domestically to research fashion trends, analyze trends and important category takeaways for your brands. Working with internal trend teams and print studios to develop and deliver important ideas across brands for our needs and strategies.
  • You will facilitate style development management in FLEX PLM, including technical/data creation and management of all seasonal styles from sketching, print, color, meeting preparation, sample approval, and overseas communication. Follow and achieve all important dates on the time and action calendar.

What You Bring

  • You have a Bachelor's in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Fine Arts.
  • You have 6-8 years of experience in women’s wear apparel design.
  • You are customer-obsessed with strong design and conceptual skills with a keen sense of color and print.
  • You have proficiency in Mac operation, MS Office, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator software.
  • You are a positive leader and passionate about building teams.
