Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of consistently strong selling performance and clientele experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent brand and product knowledge.
• Flexibility to work retail evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to manage basic POS tasks.
• Knowledge of POS; basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals set by Store Management Team.
• Actively engage with customers by identifying needs and providing prompt assistance.
• Develop new relationships while maintaining existing clientele.
• Maintain a personal clientele book by regular communication with customers.
• Participate in merchandising projects and floor plan adjustments.
• Support store management with driving store initiatives.
• Assist with loss prevention and asset protection.
• Demonstrate professional appearance and uphold brand standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
