Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• English fluency; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare experience; hospital setting preferred.
• Experience in denials management meetings.
• Typing speed 35 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve denied patient insurance claims.
• Oversee timely responses to insurer denials.
• Ensure appeal letters include required information.
• Monitor quality and departmental metrics.
• Identify trends and propose improvements.
• Educate Revenue Cycle staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
