Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review denied claims and conduct quality assurance reviews.
• Draft appeal letters to payers with relevant documentation.
• Follow payer billing and collection rules and verify eligibility and claim status.
• Maintain notes and report quality results for Revenue Cycle.
• Respond to carrier inquiries within 24 hours when possible.
