The role requires strong analytical skills, accurate documentation, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and reduce future denials.

Qualifications

• HHS: 1–3 years in medical billing or denials processing.
• Experience with revenue cycle in hospital or physician office.
• Knowledge of payer guidelines and appeal processes.
• Strong analytical and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor queues and follow-up dates across systems.
• Analyze denials and complete appeals or route to clinical appeals.
• File and monitor appeals; maintain logs and records.
• Maintain up-to-date payer guideline knowledge.
• Review RAC/Government Audit accounts and rebills.
• Identify denial trends and suggest improvements.
