• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal interruptions and manage denials effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promotes mission, vision and values in service standards.
• Handle denials and appeals; draft detailed appeal letters.
• Manage and follow up on insurance accounts; verify eligibility.
• Follow payer billing rules; use systems to check status.
• Identify denial trends and communicate with management.
