Job summary

Pilot Assessments seeks an experienced demonstration pilot to lead worldwide flight demos and provide operations support.

You will plan missions, ensure safety and compliance, and travel extensively to engage customers and stakeholders across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP and FAA First Class Medical are required.
• FCC Radio Telephone Operator Permit required.
• Minimum 3,500 hours total time and 1,500 hours multi-engine turbine.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and meet immunization requirements.
• Second type rating on company product and 500 cumulative flying hours.

Job description

What you'll do

• Conduct worldwide demonstration flights showcasing aircraft performance, safety, and cabin experience to prospective customers and stakeholders.
• Provide flight operations expertise and sales support at customer demos, marketing tours, trade shows, and special events.
• Plan and execute domestic and international missions, including route analysis, performance, fuel, and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold the highest safety standards, CRM, and professional airmanship while representing the brand.
• Operate effectively across varying climates, altitudes, and cabin pressurization levels.
• Leverage digital tools (iPad, email, web apps) for flight planning, reporting, and customer communications.

What you bring

• Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) and FAA First Class Medical.
• Valid FCC Radio Telephone Operator Permit.
• Minimum 3,500 hours total time and 1,500 hours multi‑engine turbine.
• Ability to travel unrestricted worldwide with up-to-date immunizations/vaccinations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional, customer-facing presence.
• Computer proficiency including iPad, email, and web-based applications.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort operating on duty days up to 16 hours and crossing up to 12 time zones.
• Availability for flexible, changing schedules and willingness to deploy for up to 16 days.
• Required: Second type rating on company product and 500 cumulative flying hours on company product.
• Required: Attendance at the Bombardier Safety Standdown.

Preferred qualifications

• CFI/MEI or equivalent instructor experience.
• International flying experience.
• Transport Canada ATPL and Category 1 Medical.
• Type rating on Bombardier Global 3500/6500/7500.
• Previous demonstration pilot experience with Bombardier or a competitor.
• Prior Captain experience on Bombardier product.
