Job summary

SA Recycling – South Texas Region in Brownsville, TX is seeking an Offsite Demolition lead man to guide a crew, coordinate daily activities, and support foreman in workflow and safety. You will work hands-on, resolve routine site issues, enforce PPE and safety rules, train staff, and promote teamwork while aligning with our core values of health, accountability, and proactivity.

This role requires 3–5 years supervising demolition or heavy site work, strong communication, and bilingual

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience supervising others
• Experience in demolition including use of tools and equipment
• Health, Vision, Dental, Life & Disability Insurance available

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew by assigning and coordinating daily work activities

SA Recycling – South Texas Region, is currently looking for an Offsite Demolition lead man to join our Values based organization. This position will be based in our Brownsville, TX facility.

• Lead the crew by assigning and coordinating daily work activities.

Requirements

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test
• Must pass a background check and credit check
• Preferred – high school diploma or GED and/or foreign education acceptable
• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) language skills a plus
• Ability to: communicate with others effectively; understand direction (written or oral) and use basic math skills as the job demands
• An understanding of the metal market well enough to negotiate pricing, delivery process, and production demands
• Possess interpersonal skills to gain support of workforce and clientele when conducting business
