Libra Foundation is seeking an Initiative Officer for the Democracy Frontlines Fund (DFF) to lead strategic execution and collaboration with the Executive Director and team. The role centers on advancing Libra's mission through careful planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.

The DFF is a three-year national initiative providing $36 million in unrestricted support to 10 Black-led organizations, emphasizing learning, community impact, and equity in philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementation of the Democracy Frontlines Fund (DFF) and work with the Executive Director to advance Libra's mission.
• Design processes, create project plans, and manage complex logistics for the initiative.
• Build and sustain relationships with grantees and learning communities to support impact and learning.
