WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
  • Support and administer operational goals; monitor performance and profit objectives.
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with managers on scheduling concerns, with guest satisfaction in mind.
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring the kitchen is clean, well-stocked, and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Support compliance with departmental budgets.
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service according to company standards; ensure all team members follow service standards and address issues proactively.
  • Maintain cost control by monitoring pars and inventory in each restaurant.
  • Assist the Sous Chef with administrative duties.
  • Ensure health department and customer service standards through quality assurance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within the area of responsibility and report potential issues to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; minimum of two years culinary experience or equivalent education and experience. Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
  • Effective presentation skills for groups of managers, clients, and the public.
  • Basic math skills for measuring, calculating rates, ratios, and interpreting data.
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and colleagues to resolve problems diplomatically.
