We’re recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Fish Hotel, located in the beautiful Cotswolds.
Family owned and part of the Small Luxury Hotels collection, The Fish Hotel is a 4 AA red star property serving stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a rustic woodland setting on a 500-acre estate. We operate a 2 AA Rosette kitchen, featuring top-of-the-range equipment and a dynamic work environment with ongoing departmental investments. Our team enjoys diverse responsibilities, including events, working lunches, and a gourmet hot dog menu for bar and room service.
We prioritize chefs’ career growth, offering opportunities to develop new skills across a variety of menus, restaurant styles, and sizes, all using the best fresh ingredients. Our estate includes Dormy House (3 and 4 AA Rosette restaurants) and Foxhill Manor (a unique, menu-less top-end kitchen), providing a unique platform for serious culinary professionals.
Note: Due to the rural location, own transport is required (WR12 7LJ). If this role aligns with your career goals, please contact us to discuss further. We look forward to hearing from you.
