Qualifications

• Doit avoir un véhicule, un permis de conduire valide du MN et une assurance auto.
• Expérience d'au moins 6 mois en tant que caregiver ou dans un établissement de soins.
• Capacité à respecter les normes de qualité des soins.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude

Assist with activities of daily living (ex: walking, grooming, bathing)

Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities

Update office staff on client progress as needed

Qualifications:

Must have vehicle, Valid MN Driver's’ License and Auto insurance.

Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures

At least 6 months of In-home or skilled facility Caregiver or related experience (Preferred)

Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held

Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility

Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB.

Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
