Responsibilities

• Companionship: engage through conversation and activities.
• Daily Assistance: meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders.
• Transportation: assist with errands and medical appointments.

The Role

We are looking for compassionate, patient, and skilled caregivers who have a heart for memory care. You will provide essential support to seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, helping them stay safe and engaged in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Specialized Memory Care: Provide cognitive stimulation, implement routines, and ensure a safe environment (wandering prevention).
• Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
• Daily Assistance: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders.
• Transportation: Assist with errands and getting to medical appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in caregiving (1+ year preferred).
• Specific training or experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care.
• A truly compassionate, patient, and dependable heart.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• CNA/HHA (Preferred, but not required)
• Home Care Aide Registration (Or Willing to obtain one upon hire)
• Negative TB Test (Valid within 90 days or 7 days after hire)
