Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Alexandria, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $20.00.

As a Cornerstone Caregiving caregiver, you will assist with personal care, medications, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while documenting care and communicating changes to clients and families.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Caregiving or healthcare certifications (welcome but not required, depending on location).
• Genuine passion for helping others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Willing to travel to clients' homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
