Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and communicate in English. Prior caregiving or related training is welcomed, with an emphasis on hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or related training.
• Professional, pleasant, team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential for the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living for residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities safely.
• Document daily care records and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Provide hands-on toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality, service and resident satisfaction.
